Returns Policy
Please note: we do not offer exchanges.
Your purchase may be returned by mail, to our Canadian warehouse, for a full refund to the original method of payment (less original shipping costs) within 30 days of the delivery date.
All original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping or duty costs are at the customer's expense.
Your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging and with the original tags attached. Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Covered By Grace Co. reserves the right to limit or refuse a return in its sole discretion if these conditions aren't met.
If you wish to start the return process, please email us at orders@coveredbygraceco.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. The original order number must be written on the outside of the package and/or the original packing slip must be included inside the package.
